• Initial Consultation (75 minutes): A sacred space to explore your health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Together, we'll co-create a personalized plan that aligns with your unique rhythms and needs.

• Two Follow-Up Sessions (60 minutes each): These sessions are crafted to nurture your progress, refine your wellness plan, and introduce you to herbal allies and lifestyle shifts that support your journey.

• Weekly Text or Email Support: I’m here to walk beside you, offering compassionate guidance and responsive support through text as you integrate these practices into your daily life.

• Initial Consultation (90-120 minutes): A deep dive into your health, lifestyle, and aspirations. We’ll craft a comprehensive, personalized wellness plan that reflects your unique essence and goals.

• Bi-Weekly Sessions (6 x 60 minutes): These sessions provide ongoing support, allowing us to refine your plan, address specific health concerns, and introduce you to advanced herbal protocols that resonate with your needs.

• Priority Text or Email Support: I’m here to offer real-time guidance and nurturing support, ensuring you stay connected and on track throughout your journey.

After completing the Thrive package, additional single sessions may be purchased at a discounted rate of $90 per session.
